Foreclosure Request

The Athens County Treasurer’s Office offers a Foreclosure Request Program for individuals, neighbors, and local leaders interested in helping return tax-delinquent properties to productive use. This form is the first step for requesting that a parcel be reviewed for possible tax foreclosure.
